Eve Gravel’s Walter Top is an easy short-sleeve button-up. Made out of a silky-feeling tencel, this blouse has half-sleeves, a scoop neck and front buttons, as well as a breast pocket. The cropped hem makes it ideal to wear with high-waisted buttons, or styled as a layer over a dress or jumpsuit.
